Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
SS Venture Group (“SS Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://ssventuresinfra.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who may process it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- enquiry details you submit, including name, phone number, email address, area or locality, pin code, service of interest and project details;
- in-progress enquiry fields described below, but only after you choose Accept;
- technical and usage data such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, timestamps and performance information; and
- first-party consent, visitor-identification and capture-ordering values described under Cookies and similar storage.
In-progress enquiries
After you choose Accept, if you begin entering your name, phone number, email address or project area and leave without submitting the form, the fields you entered may be saved so our team can follow up about your enquiry. Choosing Reject prevents this optional capture. We collect only what you type into our forms: we do not infer or extract identity data from your browser and do not use a third-party identity broker. We never sell partial or unconverted lead data.
How and why we use data
- to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and arrange consultations;
- to contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the enquiry you made;
- to preserve and connect in-progress form entries after you consent;
- to operate, secure, diagnose and protect the website; and
- to measure site usage and performance after you consent.
For optional analytics and in-progress enquiry capture, we rely on your affirmative consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(a). Processing a submitted enquiry may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, and we may process limited data to meet applicable legal obligations or other uses permitted by law.
Cookies and similar storage
- Strictly necessary preference: a first-party consent cookie records Accept or Reject so the site can respect your choice. It is set for up to one year.
- Optional enquiry capture: after Accept, a random first-party visitor ID connects successive in-progress entries. A local-storage capture-ordering value prevents older updates overwriting newer ones; it contains no form fields or identity data. Rejecting removes these values.
- Optional analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights load only after Accept. They help us understand visits, usage, site performance and ad conversions, and may process technical identifiers under their own privacy terms.
Reject leaves optional analytics and in-progress enquiry saving off. Core site functions and a submitted enquiry still work without accepting optional collection.
Sharing and service providers
Enquiries and partial leads are stored in our application database, which may use Supabase-hosted Postgres when configured. Resend sends enquiry notification emails. Google Tag Manager, Google, Meta and Vercel process analytics, advertising or performance data only after Accept. We may also use hosting, database, security and communications providers only as needed to operate the site, respond to you or comply with law. We do not sell personal data. We share enquiry data with other business partners only when you request or consent to that service, or when required by law.
Retention
Partial or unconverted lead records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, unless a shorter period is required following a valid request or a longer period is required by law. Submitted enquiries are retained according to our business, contractual, dispute and legal-record needs, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw optional consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the website footer. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and removes the site's visitor and capture-ordering values, but it does not erase data already collected and processed lawfully. To request deletion of previously collected data, contact us using the details below.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, updating, completion, deletion or a copy of your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; nominate another person where provided by law; or complain to an applicable regulator. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
California disclosures
In the preceding 12 months, the categories we may have collected include identifiers, internet or electronic-network activity and enquiry-related commercial information, from you and your interaction with this site, for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights, subject to applicable exceptions. You may contact us to exercise these rights.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our service providers may process data outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ; where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek their personal data through enquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be highlighted through the site where appropriate.

For privacy questions, rights requests, deletion requests or complaints, contact our privacy and grievance contact using the details below.
